Elizabeth Guerrero is the Office Manager and Closing Agent for Title One, Inc. which is located in Kingston, TN. She is known as “Liz” to everyone she works with. Elizabeth has 13 years of experience in the title industry and has been with Title One, Inc. for nearly 10 of those years. She has been instrumental in operating Title One and in helping it to achieve its great reputation for ensuring that every real estate closing, no matter how small, is completed correctly and with a smile. Elizabeth is well-known for her strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude. Her experience and knowledge are exactly what you want and need for a successful real estate transaction from contract to closing. Liz works daily with realtors, buyers, sellers, commercial and residential lenders, banks, credit unions, developers, contractors and investors and she makes each one her priority. Liz has two sons, both now in college, who keep her very busy, but in her spare time, enjoys reading and cheering on the Tennessee VOLS!
